LaTashia M. Martin  is a woman of faith with a passion for coaching busy professionals to discover their authentic selves. She is an excellent communicator, creative problem-solver and motivator for both individuals and teams. An Organizational Development practitioner with a proven track record. LaTashia excels at strategic planning, leadership development, effective communication, HR analytics, performance and succession management, and training for all levels of employment.  

As the founder and CEO of VonSwy Solutions,  LaTashia provides the environments, resources and tools a professional needs so they are able to Stop Doing and Start Being their Authentic   Self!  Working in partnership with her clients,  LaTashia helps professionals discover what they love to do and determine how they like to do it, all while finding comfort in a community  designed to support them through the process and beyond. 

In her professional career, LaTashia has spent the past 15 years in training and developments.   She facilitates and develops a variety of programs that focus on leadership, communication and technical skills.  

Building on her work experience and living the vision of VonSwy Solutions, LaTashia makes time to Reflect, Discover and Transform every day. Her intimate relationship with God has inspired her to make nontraditional moves on her journey towards her destiny of greatness. Her goal is to share her experiences and bring those same methods to other professionals, demonstrating how an intentional life can  replace a busy, but empty life with a life full of passion and joy.  

LaTashia is Six Sigma and Lean Black Belt certified. She is a Certified Career Coach,  DiSC and MBTI, Certified. LaTashia has a BS in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and MS in Organizational Development and Communication.  Her greatest accomplishment is being a wife of 19 years and the mom for 3 children.
